Can you guarantee positive results from your services?

Every single one of our clients has experienced positive results when buying our services. We’re passionate about
everything that we do and will make sure that every stage is geared towards making a real difference in your business.
However we cannot guarantee bookings or purchases since we have no control over your sales team, how well your business is managed,
your staff, the quality of your services, etc.

Can I make use of your services, if I have no experience with technology?

Many of our clients have no experience with technology. We have recorded videos, written guidelines and created
all the assets around our services so that you can edit and refer to them in the easiest way possible. We also offer
maintenance services and train your staff so that you’re covered and can focus on other aspects of your business.

What are the terms of payment?

We have several different services and add-ons, the payment goes through a secure portal using Wise and Paypal, The payments are solely based on our services, additional expenses such as hosting, domain registration, advertising, channel management systems and email automation services are not taken in to account.

Why are your projects this length?

Our projects focus on most of the digital aspects of your business. After doing this for many years, we have created a timeline that allows you to get the best results in the least amount of time. We can adapt to what your business needs to expand or contract our
time-line.

What happens if we can’t complete the project in the proposed timeline?

We will do everything in our power to complete the project in the proposed time-line. However, sometimes
unforeseeable circumstances and delays may occur. If the delay is caused due to us, we will amend the situation as
quickly as possible to deliver in time and will not charge more if the deadline is missed. If the client fails to deliver
assets necessary for completion we will be flexible and try to continue working on different aspects of the project,
however, there are circumstances when delays will require to extend the project and charge extra money.

Who owns the final assets?

At the end of the project, the client has full ownership of all the final assets. Our project aims, are to give you the keys to
your digital strategy so that you can continue to grow year after year. All assets related to the project are to be kept by the client and at no point shared with anyone outside of the business.

Can I share any of the material provided throughout the project?

The project contains lots of materials, worksheets, videos and PDFs that will help you change your business. However
these materials are fully owned by Journey Digital and should never be shared, copied or distributed with anyone
outside of your business.
